  SA 1622. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1621 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the amendment SA 1620 submitted by Mr. 
Schumer to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; 
as follows:

       On page 1, line 1, strike ``4 days'' and insert ``5 days''.
