Senate will proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the 
following nomination, which the clerk will report.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Ronald T. Keohane, of 
New York, to be an Assistant Secretary of Defense.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I would note that that is Buffalo, NY, of which we are 
proud.
