Mr. EDWARDS changed his vote from ``yea'' to ``nay.''
Messrs. CLEAVER, PALMER, and RUPPERSBERGER changed their vote from
``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
  Stated for:
Mr. BOWMAN. Mr. Speaker, had I been present, I would have voted
``yea'' on rollcall No. 57.
Mr. LOUDERMILK. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained. Had I been
present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 57.
Mr. PASCRELL. Mr. Speaker, I unintentionally missed one rollcall
vote. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No.
57, H.R. 7102, the Native American Entrepreneurial Opportunity Act.
  Stated against:
Mr. McCORMICK. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 57, I mistakenly voted
``yea'' when I intended to vote ``nay.''
