D.C. ROBERT F. KENNEDY MEMORIAL STADIUM CAMPUS REVITALIZATION ACT
The SPEAKER. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the unfinished business
is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R.
4984) to amend the District of Columbia Stadium Act of 1957 to provide
for the transfer of administrative jurisdiction over the Robert F.
Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus to the Administrator of General
Services and the leasing of the Campus to the District of Columbia for
purposes which include commercial and residential development, and for
other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

The SPEAKER. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman
from New York (Mr. Langworthy) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill, as amended.

Messrs. WILSON of South Carolina and BABIN changed their vote from
``yea'' to ``nay.''
Mr. DONALDS changed his vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to direct
the Secretary of the Interior to transfer administrative jurisdiction
over the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus to the District of
Columbia so that the District may use the Campus for purposes including
residential and commercial development, and for other purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Ms. WEXTON. Mr. Speaker, I regret that I was not able to be present
to vote today. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on
