                       Vote on Becerra Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Padilla). Under the previous order, the 
question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Becerra 
nomination?
  Ms. BALDWIN. I ask for the yeas and nays.
