               UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--S.J. RES. 38

  Mr. MERKLEY. I ask unanimous consent that the order of January 22, 
2024, with respect to the veto message on S.J. Res. 38, be modified so 
that the date of consideration be prior to February 29, 2024, with all 
other previous provisions remaining in effect.
