                        PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. SCHMITT. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that William 
Wallace, an intern in my office, be granted floor privileges for the 
remainder of the Congress.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHMITT. By the way, I want to point out that intern, William 
Wallace, should not be confused with the William Wallace in 
``Braveheart.'' Centuries apart, but same fighting spirit, so we are 
happy to have him.
