Proceed
Mr. SCHUMER. I move to proceed to Calendar No. 243, H.R. 2872.

Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 243, H.R. 2872, a bill to
amend the Permanent Electronic Duck Stamp Act of 2013 to
allow the Secretary of the Interior to issue electronic
stamps under such Act, and for other purposes.

We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the
provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate,
do hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to
proceed to Calendar No. 243, H.R. 2872, a bill to amend the
Permanent Electronic Duck Stamp Act of 2013 to allow the
Secretary of the Interior to issue electronic stamps under
such Act, and for other purpose.
