                  MAKING IN ORDER MORNING-HOUR DEBATE

  Mr. MOORE of Utah. Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the 
order of the House of January 9, 2023, providing for morning-hour 
debate be extended for the remainder of the 118th Congress, except that 
House Resolution 950 shall supplant House Resolution 6.
