                       Vote on Fonzone Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. All postcloture time has expired.
  Under the previous order, the question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Fonzone nomination?
  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. I ask for the yeas and nays.
