DR. EMMANUEL BILIRAKIS AND HONORABLE JENNIFER WEXTON NATIONAL PLAN TO
END PARKINSON'S ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 2365) to direct the Secretary of Health and Human
Services to carry out a national project to prevent and cure
Parkinson's, to be known as the National Parkinson's Project, and for
other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Florida (Mr. Bilirakis) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.
This is a 5-minute vote.

The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to direct
the Secretary of Health and Human Services to carry out a national
project to prevent, diagnose, treat, and cure Parkinson's, to be known
as the National Parkinson's Project, and for other purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Mr. McHENRY Mr. Speaker, due to an unforseen circumstance, I was
