CONFERENCE REPORT ON H.R. 2670, NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Alabama (Mr. Rogers) that the House suspend the rules
and agree to the adoption of the conference report on the bill (H.R.
2670) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military
activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction,
and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe
military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other
purposes.
The question was taken.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. In the opinion of the Chair, two-thirds
being in the affirmative, the ayes have it.
Mr. ROGERS of Alabama. Mr. Speaker, on that I demand the yeas and
nays.

minute vote on the motion to suspend the rules and agree to the
conference report on H.R. 2670 will be followed by a 5-minute vote on
the motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 2365.
