  SA 1374. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1373 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the bill H.R. 2670, to authorize 
appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities of the 
Department of Defense and for military construction, and for defense 
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel 
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; as follows:

       On page 1, line 1, strike ``two days'' and insert ``three 
     days''.
