  SA 1373. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 2670, to 
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities 
of the Department of Defense and for military construction, and for 
defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military 
personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; as 
follows:

       In the motion, strike ``one day'' and insert ``two days''.-
