Mr. SCHATZ. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee
on Finance be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 445 and
the Senate proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate
resolutions: S. Res. 445, S. Res. 487, S. Res. 488, S. Res. 489, and S.
Res. 490.
There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the
Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc.
