CHOICE IN AUTOMOBILE RETAIL SALES ACT OF 2023
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX, further
consideration of the bill H.R. 4468 to prohibit the Administrator of
the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or
enforcing a proposed rule with respect to emissions from vehicles, and
for other purposes, will now resume.

4468 to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
The material previously referred to by Ms. Stevens is as follows:

Ms. Stevens moves to recommit the bill H.R. 4468 to the
Committee on Energy and Commerce with instructions to report
the same back to the House forthwith, with the following
amendment:
Page 4, beginning on line 9, strike clause (ii) (relating
to limited availability of new motor vehicles based on engine
type), and make such conforming changes as may be necessary.
