Mr. MARKEY. Madam President, I was necessarily absent, but had I been
present, I would have voted yes on rollcall vote No. 314, the Motion to
Invoke Cloture on Jeffrey M. Bryan, of Minnesota, to be United States
District Judge for the District of Minnesota.
I was necessarily absent, but had I been present, I would have voted
yes on rollcall vote No. 315, confirmation of Jeffrey M. Bryan, of
Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of
Minnesota.
I was necessarily absent, but had I been present, I would have voted
yes on rollcall vote No. 316, the Motion to Invoke Cloture on Margaret
M. Garnett, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the
Southern District of New York.
