XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 5894) making appropriations for the Departments of
Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and related agencies
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes,
with Mr. Flood (Acting Chair) in the chair.
