838 and rule XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of
the Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration
of the bill, H.R. 4820.

In the Committee of the Whole
Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 4820) making appropriations for the Departments of
Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes,
with Mr. Steube (Acting Chair) in the chair.

November 6, 2023, a request for recorded vote on amendment No. 30
printed in Part B of House Report 118-261 offered by the gentleman from
Oklahoma (Mr. Brecheen) has been postponed.
