So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Ms. SCHOLTEN. Mr. Speaker, during rollcall Vote number 598 on H.R.
3774, I mistakenly recorded my vote as ``nay'' when I should have voted
``yea.''
personal explanation
Mr. LaHOOD. Mr. Speaker, I had to miss votes today to travel back to
Illinois. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall
No. 593, ``yea'' on rollcall No. 594, ``yea'' on rollcall No. 595,
``nay'' on rollcall No. 596, ``yea'' on rollcall No. 597, and ``yea''
on rollcall No. 598.
