APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 838 and rule
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 4821.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 4821) making appropriations for the Department of the
Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, with Mr. Flood (Acting
Chair) in the chair.

a request for a recorded vote on amendment No. 78 printed in part A of
House Report 118-261 offered by the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Burgess)
had been postponed.
