Announcement by the Speaker Pro Tempore
The SPEAKER pro tempore (during the vote). There are 2 minutes
remaining.
{time} 1916
Mrs. BEATTY changed her vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the resolution was agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Mr. VASQUEZ. Mr. Speaker, during rollcall No. 560 on H. Res. 559, I
mistakenly recorded my vote as ``nay'' when I should have voted
``yea''.
Mr. FLOOD. Mr. Speaker, had I been present, I would have voted
``yea'' on rollcall No. 560.
