  SA 1350. Mr. OSSOFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1092 proposed by Mrs. Murray (for herself and Ms. Collins) 
to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, 
the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal 
year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In title I of division C, under the heading ``Office of the 
     Secretary'', strike the heading ``rural and tribal 
     infrastructure advancement'' and all that follows through the 
     period at the end of the matter under that heading and insert 
     the following:

     infrastructure advancement initiative for thriving communities

                     (including transfer of funds)

       For necessary expenses to provide technical assistance and 
     cooperative agreements for planning and capacity building for 
     transportation infrastructure improvements as established in 
     section 21205 of Public Law 117-58 and under the heading 
     ``thriving communities initiative'' under the heading 
     ``Office of the Secretary'' in title I of division L of 
     Public Law 117-103, $25,000,000, to remain available until 
     September 30, 2026.
