                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar No. 209; that the
Senate vote on the nomination without intervening action or debate; and
that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the
table, and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's
action.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
The clerk will report the nomination.
The legislative clerk read the nomination of Ana A. Escrogima, of New
York, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of
Counselor, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the
United States of America to the Sultanate of Oman.
Thereupon, the Senate proceeded to consider the nomination.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and
consent to the Escrogima nomination?
  The nomination was confirmed.
