CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024 AND OTHER EXTENSIONS ACT--MOTION TO 
                                PROCEED

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask that it be in order to make a 
motion to proceed to H.R. 5860.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I move to proceed to H.R. 5860, which was received from 
the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the bill by title.
