  SA 1325. Mr. GRAHAM submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1292 proposed by Mr. Schumer (for Mrs. Murray) to the bill 
H.R. 3935, to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and 
improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation 
programs, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

        At the end of title I of division B, add the following:
       Sec. 2103.  Section 601 of division O of Public Law 117-328 
     shall be applied by substituting ``December 31, 2054'' for 
     ``December 31, 2024.''. In the Senate, this section is 
     designated as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to 
     section 4001(a)(1) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Congress), the 
     concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2022.
