  SA 1322. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1292 proposed by Mr. Schumer (for Mrs. Murray) to the bill 
H.R. 3935, to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and 
improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation 
programs, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       Beginning on page 59, strike line 23 and all that follows 
     through page 60, line 2 and insert the following:
       (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ``2019 through 2023'' and 
     inserting ``2024 through 2028''; and
