  SA 1320. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1292 proposed by Mr. Schumer (for Mrs. Murray) to the bill 
H.R. 3935, to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize and 
improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation 
programs, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division A, insert the 
     following:

     SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR SURGICAL OR NON-
                   SURGICAL TREATMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE 
                   AGE OF 18 RELATING TO GENDER TRANSITIONS.

       None of the funds made available by this Act or an 
     amendment made by this Act may be used for surgical or non-
     surgical treatments for individuals under the age of 18 
     relating to gender transitions.
