  SA 1304. Mr. SCOTT of Florida (for himself and Mr. Rubio) submitted 
an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1292 proposed by 
Mr. Schumer (for Mrs. Murray) to the bill H.R. 3935, to amend title 49, 
United States Code, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation 
Administration and other civil aviation programs, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        On page 27, strike line 15 and all that follows through 
     ``$5,500,000,000'' on line 21 and insert ``$16,500,000,000, 
     for an additional amount for fiscal year 2024, to remain 
     available until expended, of which $1,000,000 shall be 
     transferred to `Office of the Inspector General--Operations 
     and Support' for audits and investigations of activities 
     funded under `Federal Emergency 20 Management Agency--
     Disaster Relief Fund' and $16,499,000,000.''.
