  SA 1301. Mr. HAGERTY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
to amendment SA 1292 proposed by Mr. Schumer (for Mrs. Murray) to the 
bill H.R. 3935, to amend title 49, United States Code, to reauthorize 
and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil 
aviation programs, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  Notwithstanding section 101, the fourth proviso 
     under the heading ``U.S. Customs and Border Protection--
     Operations and Support'' in title II of division F of Public 
     Law 117-328 shall be applied by substituting `` `U.S. 
     Immigrations and Customs Enforcement--Operations and Support' 
     to support enforcement, detention, and removal operations, 
     including transportation of unaccompanied alien minors'' for 
     `` `Federal Emergency Management Agency--Federal Assistance' 
     to support sheltering and related activities provided by non-
     Federal entities, including facility improvements and 
     construction, in support of relieving overcrowding in short-
     term holding facilities of U.S. Customs and Border 
     Protection, of which not to exceed $11,200,000 shall be for 
     the administrative costs of the Federal Emergency Management 
     Agency.''.
