 AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS IN ENGROSSMENT OF 
 H.R. 4365, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024; H.R. 4367, 
  DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024; AND H.R. 
  4665, DEPARTMENT OF STATE, FOREIGN OPERATIONS, AND RELATED PROGRAMS 
                        APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2024

  Mr. WOMACK. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Clerk be 
authorized to make technical corrections in the engrossment of H.R. 
4365, H.R. 4367, and H.R. 4665, to include corrections in spelling, 
punctuation, section numbering and cross-referencing, and the insertion 
of appropriate headings.
