  SA 1274. Mr. VAN HOLLEN (for himself, Mr. Kaine, Mr. Warner, and Mr. 
Cardin) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 
1092 proposed by Mrs. Murray (for herself and Ms. Collins) to the bill 
H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, the 
Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal 
year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; which was 
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        On page 287, line 19, strike the period at the end and 
     insert ``: Provided further, That the Secretary may retain up 
     to an additional $5,000,000 of the amounts made available 
     under this heading in this Act to fund expenses associated 
     with the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation under 
     chapter 69 of title 40, United States Code, pursuant to 
     authorization under section 6910 of title 40, United States 
     Code.''.
