MOTION TO INSTRUCT CONFEREES ON H.R. 2670, NATIONAL DEFENSE
AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to instruct conferees on
the bill (H.R. 2670) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024
for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy,
to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for
other purposes, offered by the gentlewoman from Pennsylvania (Ms.
Houlahan), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
