                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2023

  Mr. REED. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on 
Wednesday, September 20; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon the conclusion of 
morning business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 4366; that 
the cloture motion with respect to the motion to suspend rule XVI ripen 
at 12:15 p.m.; further, that the Senate recess from 5 p.m. until 6:15 
p.m. to allow for the all-Senators briefing.
