                 ORDERS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2023

  Mr. SCHUMER. Finally, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 
3 p.m. on Monday, September 18; that following the prayer and pledge, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon the 
conclusion of morning business, the Senate resume consideration of 
Calendar No. 198, H.R. 4366; further, that at 5 p.m., the Senate 
proceed to executive session to resume consideration of the Oliver 
nomination and that the cloture motions filed during today's session 
ripen at 5:30 p.m.
