  SA 1213. Mr. ROUNDS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military 
construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        In the matter under the heading ``housing for the 
     elderly'' under the heading ``Housing Programs'' under the 
     heading ``DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT'' in 
     title II of division C, insert ``or to facilitate the 
     prepayment of any indebtedness relating to any remaining 
     principal interest under the loan made under section 202 of 
     the Housing Act of 1959 (12 U.S.C. 1701q) (as in effect on 
     November 27, 1990)'' after ``development of such units''.
