  SA 1212. Mr. MORAN (for himself and Ms. Klobuchar) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1092 proposed by Mrs. 
Murray (for herself and Ms. Collins) to the bill H.R. 4366, making 
appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans 
Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
2024, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

        At the appropriate place in division B, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. __.  Of the amount appropriated under the heading 
     ``Office of the Secretary'' under the heading ``Processing, 
     Research, and Marketing'' under the heading ``AGRICULTURAL 
     PROGRAMS'' in title I, $1,000,000 shall be used to carry out 
     section 4208 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (7 
     U.S.C. 2026a), in addition to the amount made available for 
     that section under the heading ``supplemental nutrition 
     assistance program'' under the heading ``Food and Nutrition 
     Service'' under the heading ``DOMESTIC FOOD PROGRAMS'' in 
     title IV.
