                 ORDERS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2023

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. 
Monday, September 11; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, morning hour be deemed expired, the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, 
and morning business be closed; that upon conclusion of morning 
business, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume 
consideration of the Bradsher nomination; further, that the cloture 
motions filed during today's session ripen at 5:30 p.m.
