  SA 1066. Mr. WHITEHOUSE (for Mr. Cruz) proposed an amendment to the 
resolution S. Res. 166, honoring the efforts of the Coast Guard for 
excellence in maritime border security; as follows:

       In the third whereas clause, in the matter preceding 
     paragraph (1), strike ``through'' and insert ``executing 
     Coast Guard missions across the world, including the''.
       In the third whereas clause, in paragraph (1), strike 
     ``15,000'' and insert ``17,000''.
       In the third whereas clause, in paragraph (2), strike 
     ``6,300'' and insert ``6,000 at sea''.
       In the third whereas clause, in paragraph (2), strike 
     ``100'' and insert ``90''.
       In the third whereas clause, in paragraph (3), strike 
     ``interdicted approximately 12,500 illegal immigrants'' and 
     insert ``conducted approximately 12,500 migrant 
     interdictions''.
