The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 614 and rule
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 4366.

In the Committee of the Whole
Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 4366) making appropriations for military construction,
the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, with Ms. Van
Duyne (Acting Chair) in the chair.

making appropriations for military construction, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, and, pursuant to House
Resolution 614, he reported the bill back to the House with sundry
amendments adopted in the Committee of the Whole.
