                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. HICKENLOOPER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following Senate 
resolutions introduced earlier today: S. Res. 303 and S. Res. 304.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.

agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and that the motions to
