SECURING GROWTH AND ROBUST LEADERSHIP IN AMERICAN AVIATION ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 597 and rule
XVIII, the Chair declares the House in the Committee of the Whole House
on the state of the Union for the further consideration of the bill,
H.R. 3935.

Accordingly, the House resolved itself into the Committee of the
Whole House on the state of the Union for the further consideration of
the bill (H.R. 3935) to amend title 49, United States Code, to
reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other
civil aviation programs, and for other purposes, with Mr. Sessions
(Acting Chair) in the chair.

and for other purposes, had come to no resolution thereon.
