                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 2023

  Mr. SCHUMER. Finally, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that 
when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 
9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19; that following the prayer and pledge, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day, and morning business be closed; that upon conclusion 
of morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to Calendar No. 119, S. 2226, postcloture; further, that all 
time during adjournment, recess, morning business, and leader remarks 
count postcloture on the motion to proceed; finally, that the Senate 
recess from 1 to 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. SCHUMER. As a reminder, Senators should gather in the Senate 
Chamber beginning at 10:20 a.m. tomorrow, and we will proceed as a body 
to the House Chamber at 10:30 a.m. for the address by His Excellency 
Isaac Herzog, President of Israel.
