PALA BAND OF MISSION INDIANS LAND TRANSFER ACT OF 2023
Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 423, which was received
from the House and is at the desk.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 423) to take certain land located in San Diego
County, California, into trust for the benefit of the Pala
Band of Mission Indians, and for other purposes.

There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
