  AUTHORIZING THE SPEAKER TO DECLARE A RECESS ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 19, 
  2023, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING IN JOINT MEETING HIS EXCELLENCY 
             ISAAC HERZOG, PRESIDENT OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL

  Mr. STEIL. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that it be made in 
order at any time on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, for the Speaker to 
declare a recess, subject to the call of the Chair, for the purpose of 
receiving in joint meeting His Excellency Isaac Herzog, President of 
the State of Israel.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Wisconsin?
