Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 119, S.
2226.

Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 119, S. 2226, a bill to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military
activities of the Department of Defense, for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of
Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such
fiscal year, and for other purposes.

We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the
provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate,
do hereby move to bring to a close debate on the motion to
proceed to Calendar No. 119, S. 2226, a bill to authorize
appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities
of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and
for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to
prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year,
and for other purposes.
