PROVIDING FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 2670, NATIONAL DEFENSE
AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on ordering the previous question on
the resolution (H. Res. 583) providing for further consideration of the
bill (H.R. 2670) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for
military activities of the Department of Defense and for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy,
to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for
other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
