Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term
of fourteen years from February 1, 2024.
* Philip Nathan Jefferson, of North Carolina, to be Vice
Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System for a term of four years.
* Adriana Debora Kugler, of Maryland, to be a Member of the
Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the
unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012.

Fara Damelin, of Virginia, to be Inspector General, Federal
Communications Commission.
* Alvin Brown, of Florida, to be a Member of the National
Transportation Safety Board for a term expiring December 31,
2026.
* Brendan Carr, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal
Communications Commission for a term of five years from July
1, 2023.
* Anna M. Gomez, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal
Communications Commission for a term of five years from July
1, 2021.
* Geoffrey Adam Starks, of Kansas, to be a Member of the
Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years
from July 1, 2022.

and Transportation I report favorably the following nomination list
which was printed in the Record on the date indicated, and ask
unanimous consent, to save the expense of reprinting on the Executive
Calendar that this nomination lie at the Secretary's desk for the
information of Senators.

National Mediation Board for a term expiring July 1, 2023.

* Gwynne A. Wilcox, of New York, to be a Member of the
National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years
expiring August 27, 2028.
* Nomination was reported with recommendation that it be confirmed

and testify before any duly constituted committee of the Senate.
