            HONORING THE LIFE OF OLIVER HAZARD PERRY MORTON

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry be discharged from 
further consideration of S. Res. 284 and the Senate now proceed to the 
en bloc consideration of the following resolutions: S. Res. 284, S. 
Res. 289, and S. Res. 290.
  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc.
