The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 3672) to designate the clinic of the Department of
Veterans Affairs in Indian River, Michigan, as the ``Pfc. Justin T.
Paton Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic'', on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
